Revival Construction & Design was founded on a shared vision between Matthew Shea and Augusto Fróis to bring higher standards to residential renovations and real estate investments across the Tampa Bay area.
Matthew and Augusto first met on a job site and quickly recognized how well their skills complemented each other. Matthew brings expertise in real estate, investing, and design, while Augusto contributes over a decade of construction experience as a licensed General Contractor. Together, they combine strategic property selection with disciplined project execution.
Between them, they have been involved in more than 500 renovations and construction projects. Their approach focuses on thoughtful design, high-quality craftsmanship, and disciplined project management, ensuring every renovation is built to last.

Augusto Fróis
Co-Founder & COO
Augusto Fróis is a licensed General Contractor and the co-founder and COO of Revival Construction & Design. He brings over a decade of experience in construction, renovation, and project management. With a background in Civil Engineering and Business Administration, Augusto oversees operations, project coordination, subcontractor management, scheduling, and field execution for Revival Construction & Design's residential renovations. Known for his hands-on leadership style and strong communication skills, Augusto works closely with clients, vendors, and sub-contractors to ensure projects are executed efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality and craftsmanship from planning through completion. Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, he helps foster seamless collaboration across diverse teams and plays an integral role in Revival's client-focused approach and commitment to thoughtful, high-quality construction and design.

Matthew Shea is the co-founder and CEO of Revival Construction & Design. As a real estate expert with a strong understanding of both market trends and construction execution, Matthew focuses on project planning, acquisitions, design direction, client relations, and overall project strategy. Matthew plays a key role in identifying opportunities to transform properties into functional, thoughtfully designed homes with lasting value. Known for his practical approach, attention to detail, and strong communication, he works closely with clients, investors, and project teams to help guide projects from initial vision through completion while maintaining Revival's emphasis on quality craftsmanship and cohesive design.
