Matthew and Augusto first met on a job site and quickly recognized how well their skills complemented each other. Matthew brings expertise in real estate, investing, and design, while Augusto contributes over a decade of construction experience as a licensed General Contractor. Together, they combine strategic property selection with disciplined project execution.
Between them, they have been involved in more than 500 renovations and construction projects. Their approach focuses on thoughtful design, high-quality craftsmanship, and disciplined project management—ensuring every renovation is built to last.

Augusto Fróis is a licensed General Contractor and the founder of 4F Constructions, bringing over a decade of experience in construction and project management. With a background in Civil Engineering and Business Administration, Augusto has led complex renovation and construction projects while managing subcontractor teams across the Tampa Bay area. Known for his strong communication and hands-on leadership, he ensures projects run efficiently from planning to completion while maintaining high quality standards. Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Augusto works seamlessly with diverse teams and clients to deliver well-executed, lasting results.

Matthew Shea is a Florida-based Realtor serving the Greater Tampa Bay area with deep experience in real estate, construction, and property investment.
