Revival offers accredited investors the opportunity to participate in individual fix-and-flip projects in the Tampa Bay market. Each investment is secured by real property and backed by our experienced team's execution capabilities.

As an investor, you provide capital for a specific project. We handle everything else—acquisition, renovation, marketing, and sale. You receive regular updates throughout the project and your principal plus returns upon exit.
