The Bluffs

This gut renovation completely transformed a once closed-off home into a true open-concept living experience designed for both everyday functionality and elevated entertaining. Walls were removed and spaces were thoughtfully reconfigured so the living room, kitchen, and dining areas now flow seamlessly together as one cohesive space filled with natural light.

Previously hidden from view, the kitchen is now the focal point of the home from the moment you enter. A dramatic 10’ x 6’ island anchors the space, while a custom built-in bench beneath the bay window creates the perfect spot to gather overlooking the pool and outdoor living area. The wet bar was redesigned and expanded to feel intentional and functional while still creating a subtle separation between the entertaining spaces and main living room.

The powder bath was reimagined with a partition wall to allow it to function as a full guest bath complete with a walk-in shower. Moody and immersive in design, the space features gray lime-washed walls, charcoal black tile flooring, emerald green tile walls, and a floating marble vanity. Warm brass accents provide balance and contrast against the darker finishes carried throughout the home.

In the primary bath, checkerboard flooring and a zero-entry walk-in shower with dual shower heads create a timeless yet luxurious retreat. Every room was intentionally designed to have its own identity. Tailored to the owners’ personal style, the result is a layered, character-filled home where each space was designed to stand on its own while working harmoniously together.
