Westview Estate was a full gut renovation and restructure of living spaces. Every home in this neighborhood tends to present a unique challenge with multiple angles. The goal here was to create more clean lines and square off areas to allow for more functional family living.

A complete transformation rooted in warmth and restraint, this renovation reimagines a home within an established community through a contemporary, nature-driven lens. The home was restructured to support more functional, modern-day living, with the main spaces prioritized for everyday family use. Soaring ceilings and expanded openings invite in soft, shifting light, enhancing the sense of volume and connection throughout. The design leans into a quiet palette of warm wood tones, layered neutrals, and muted greens, creating a calm, grounded atmosphere. Functionality and storage were maximized while maintaining a clean, refined facade, with thoughtful material transitions and restrained detailing bringing balance and cohesion to the space.
